Cancellation Policy:

Once you book a session, the time is dedicated and reserved for you.  I required at least 24-hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session.  If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice, you will still be responsible for the entirety of the session fee. 

Confidentiality:

Anything discussed during our session is not shared with anyone outside of what is outlined in my informed consent form, which is provided prior to starting therapy.  

I can only share information with others with your consent. 

Confidentiality is maintained except if there is any suspicion of neglect or abuse of children, elders, or dependent adults or if you are in immediate danger of seriously harming yourself or someone else.

Crisis Line:

Online counseling is not appropriate for crisis situations.  If you need immediate attention call 1-800-273-8255 (24 hours lifeline).  If you or anyone else might be in danger please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
